It is crucial then, that we create an ecosystem where differences are celebrated and uniqueness is encouraged. The diversity of talents and skills is the soil for both personal and professional growth. All the well-established empires of the world — be it in the world of politics, business or any other, have been built and maintained with the support of people who excel in different areas. No one person can ever be self-sufficient. In order to meet different needs, we need different skill-sets. When we match them both, it is almost like fitting pieces of a jig-saw puzzle, leading to a fulfilling end-result.
